Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks after dispatch. Times can be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas. Delivery estimates are a guide and not a guaranteed date.

Shipping costs

Standard UK shipping is £5.99, and free on orders over £100.

Parcels

If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate parcels on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Customs and import fees

There are no customs fees to pay. All taxes are included in the price you see at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Tracking and delays

If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, email us at support@wearyoya.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before you pay. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away. Once an order has been dispatched we can't change the address.
