How to measure
Bust: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level just under your arms.
Waist: Measure around your natural waist, roughly level with your belly button.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips and seat, where your legs begin.
Inseam: Barefoot, measure from the top of your inner thigh straight down to the floor.

The sleeve length is just right, not too short. i saw some reviews saying the sleeves were short, and customer service explained that the sleeves would only be a little short for people over 175cm tall. i'm 170cm, and the sleeves fit perfectly.i really like it.
